The Polish Business Gala 2019, under the patronage of Minister of Foreign Affairs Jacek Czaputowicz and Minister of Development Jadwiga Emilewicz, was attended by representatives of the Polish and French administration, diplomatic corps, business, think tanks, economic organizations and the media.
During the ceremony, companies participating in the Exporter of the Year 2018 competition were awarded and INVEST 2018 prizes were awarded to the Polish investor in France and the French investor in Poland. The main award in the category "Polish exporters to France" went to the CRIST S.A. Safran won the award for "French investor in Poland". In the category "Polish Winner in France" the company Cormarch S.A. was awarded.
This year's gala was accompanied by a debate on Polish-French business synergies, new challenges and development opportunities. It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the French association of employers Medef and winners of competitions. The gala was graced with a piano recital by Marek Bracha.
The aim of the event was to promote and deepen Polish-French economic and business cooperation, and its partners were the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the Polish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the French employers' organization Medef and Société Chopin. The event was organized by the Economics Department of the Polish Embassy.
